TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Accommodation rates are on Bed & Breakfast basis
- Children below 12 years of age are not permitted
- Rates are quoted in Ksh. inclusive of government taxes, service charge and catering levy
- Non-refundable deposit of 20% required to confirm reservation
- Payment Terms: Full Payment required at least 30 days prior to check in
- Cancellation within 13 days prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation fees
- Proof of East African residency required upon reservation
